Garganelli are a typical pasta of the Romagna tradition that goes well with various types of sauces, from ragù to pesto.

Stabilized pasta has the typical characteristics of fresh pasta but thanks to an innovative technology it is produced to be stored at room temperature.

Recommended cooking time 3 min.

Starch
Salt
Acidity regulator: lactic acid
Preservative: sorbic acid.
