Cicatelli typical regional pasta

Cicatelli are a typical Apulian pasta that is traditionally served with a mussel sauce but can be combined well with full-bodied and consistent sauces.

Stabilized pasta has the typical characteristics of fresh pasta but thanks to an innovative technology it is produced to be stored at room temperature.

Recommended cooking time 4 min.

  • Acidity regulator: lactic acid
  • Preservative: sorbic acid.

How to store it:

Can be stored in a cool and dry place. After opening, keep refrigerated and use within three days.
