Le trofie is a type of typical Ligurian pasta whose perfect combination is with classic pesto and with the addition of potatoes and green beans as tradition dictates.

Stabilized pasta has the typical characteristics of fresh pasta but thanks to an innovative technology it is produced to be stored at room temperature.
