Preparato Polpette con Erbe e Ceci Senza Glutine Baule Volante
Un preparato istantaneo per polpette vegetali rapido e fatto con pochi e semplici ingredienti.
Preparare 180 ml di acqua calda, versare il preparato mescolando e lasciar riposare per 10 minuti. Formare delle polpette, cuocere in padella antiaderente, in forno o friggitrice, poi servire con contorno a piacere.

- Pepe nero.
